Imagine this: a lab where 30 students have to crumble paper AND use spray bottles with water. In comes blended learning, making it easy to do the lab in smaller groups. Ss’s were successful at modeling pollution on a watershed, and no paper ball was thrown 👏🏽💦@HistoryandTech

We need to honor the fact that teachers have vastly different skill sets, particularly as it relates to leveraging technology in the classroom. We have to ditch the one-size-fits-all model of PD and start differentiating to teachers’ needs. We can’t keep wasting teachers’ time.
