I’ve been deep diving into coach McKillop’s motion offense, reads, & rules & it’s safe to say that I’m falling in love. Please share any insight, links, and thoughts!
TOTD: Winning cannot be the sole connection between a coach, a player, and a teammate. “Winning” becomes inconsistent at times & failure will destroy the culture if there isn’t rapport outside of the game. Coach them hard, but love them harder!
