Teaching is emotionally demanding because you don’t stop thinking about your students when the lesson ends.
Sometimes, you’re still wondering why that child isn’t progressing.

Some teachers are dealing with 25 different learning needs in one classroom and are expected to produce the same academic results from everyone.
That’s why parents should get after-school tutoring for their children.

One of the worst feelings in life is knowing you're meant for more and doing nothing about it.
Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your father who is in heaven. Math. 5:16
And yet our calling as a nation is not to build "eñgines" but to be spiritual revivalist.
It is well.
It's laughable how we make promises to ourselves and to others but even more so than we realize, we lack the capacity to keep it.
The intention is there, but our actions betray it. And in the cases where capacity is not what holds our hand, desire becomes the bind.

These Dangote jokes are so funny. It’s like you people are not only buying the shares, you are investing in the laughing stock .
To the one whose name opens the path to good things.
Whose presence is sweeter than honey.
Who satisfies me with his pleasures.
In my darkest hour, you give me rest.
In the storm that tear at my eardrums, you give me peace.
And when I'm lost, you meet me halfway.

Because I played with words too much, the cat caught my tongue. And now, while I yearn to speak, I must learn to be taciturn.
To save myself from the demise of a precious heart, I must learn to embrace the tacenda, letting my gestures and actions be my literature.
While it might be important to speak and communicate, wisdom demands that I stay reticent.
I saw this write up and I realized with the situation of an average Nigerian, this is the state of mind most of the time.
But then, we have people guilt tripping others for innocent mistakes.
They're quick to throw words like "you're not intentional, you're lazy, you're irresponsible," forgetting that you're still trying to hold your life together.
It's sad and isolating. Let's learn to give grace, and become more understanding.
I don't mean, put your legs in someone's shoes but understand that if they take those shoes off, it's because it hurts them and no longer fits.
Don't chastise them for it because walking with them when they had those shoes on made you feel good.
