By focusing on student celebrations & unpacking what we did that led to that success, the team meeting sets the stage for a discussion around classroom practices and over time, contributes to an overall strengthening of collective efficacy across the entire team. @Jigsaw_Learning

Friends, today’s Gospel declares that when the Spirit comes, he will guide us into all truth.
We don’t think our way to an understanding of God so much as we live our way to it.
And so today we pray, “Come, Holy Spirit, come!”

A huge shout out to every k-12 Alberta parent, teacher, administrator and mostly the students for going online today! This is the safe choice regardless of its difficulty. We are made to do hard things, and we have each other! @albertateachers @DrJCarrington

Good news for teachers. If you live in Sask or BC you are now eligible for the vaccine. In Sask all school staff including custodians are now eligible. Maybe one day soon teachers will be a priority in Alberta too. @nateglubish @JordanWalkerAB #strathco #shpk #AbLeg #ATA
Gotta love our teachers. Once again they will pivot from the classroom to on-line learning in the face of COVID. True champions in face of much adversity. Thank you for your steadfast care and compassion for our children! #shpk #strathco @eicscatholic @eips #AbLeg

"THIS" is the answer for getting through this Third Wave of the pandemic. The statement "I can't handle THIS anymore" is too global. Identify the top one or two on your "THIS LIST" and you will see that your entire life is not in need of repair just a little understanding.

You can walk in 5 different classrooms and see 5 different teachers connecting with students in 5 different ways. Every teacher has their own talents and strengths which make them amazing. They don't need one size fits all pd or evals to be amazing. Good leaders know this!
