I loved the passion and energy these two brought everyday. When they were in the gym they had a basketball, football, volleyball etc, in their hand finding a way to get a little bit better. This attitude stayed with them during their speed/strength workouts. Lots of growth from these two. Keep being leaders!🔴⚪️🔵🤟🏻

Focused. Passionate. Resilient.
A few works to describe Mal! When she was in the gym, she meant business! She would roll in with her older brother at 6:45am and leave a little after 10am. She made the most of her time in the gym working on her craft and most importantly wanted to get faster, stronger, and more explosive. She did that and then some! Stay hungry and humble Mal. A lot of fun years are ahead!🏐🏀💪🏻🏃♀️
