So proud of my 4C1H higher class. Their work is always of the highest quality. These are the most recent posters presenting the effect of poisons on metabolic pathways.
Busy day today for S3 Botany class 3G1. They have been challenged with proving that chlorophyll (which we see as green) is actually red. Of course this is only possible with UV light😁🌱
Our S3 botanists are currently looking at the structure of leaves in green plants. They have successfully took an imprint of the lower epidermis to show stomata and guard cells under a microscope.🔬🌱
3G1 Bio pupils have done a fantastic job planting these bulbs. We can’t wait for all hyacinths and daffodils to flower in time for spring. 🪻🌼

S3 biologists from 3G showcased their models of a flowering plant. Great to see every part labelled and Etsuya went the extra mile and included the functions as well! 🌸🌺

The members of our Warhammer Alliance Club have been so focused for the past few weeks building and painting their miniatures. I look forward to seeing their finalised “armies”.
What a great experiment to end our first Unit with. 3G1 investigated the effect of temperature on enzyme activity.
