I see traders choose prop firms based on how cheap the challenge is, how high the profit split is and how much capital they can get.
But very few seem to pay the same attention to the firm’s rules, payout conditions and track record.
A cheap challenge isn’t necessarily a good deal if the rules don’t suit your trading style or you haven’t done your homework on the company.
