Improvement plans from @haringeycouncil - there are flaws with all of them as far as we can see. Please come to one of the meetings: either 22/06 3-5 or 26/06 10-12 @HighgateStays @highgatelondon
Very happy to know that Highgate Library is now open. Have you been yet? #loveourlibraries @highgatelondon @HighgateStays
Author event with free entry happening on 21/03 at Highgate Library @highgatelondon @haringeycouncil
Some of @HighgateStays at @LauderdaleHouse heritage day yesterday talking about why we see the real need for a lift at the library. It should be there already because of the Equalities Act 2010 and we want to ensure it is by 2021. @HighgateForum #saveourlibraries @highgatelondon
Festive fun at @HighgateStays this Saturday for the annual tree dressing 2-4pm entrance and cupcake FREE!

Library Workers in Bromley have been on strike for 179 days (since 6/6/19) over Greenwich Leisure Limited’s (GLL) mismanagement of the borough’s 14 libraries.
They need your solidarity and money so please help if you can ✊️

Friendly reminder for our @HighgateStays meeting with @CatherineWest1 to discuss our wishes for the beautiful purpose built library and it’s future at 9am this Saturday at Highgate Library. #SaveOurLibraries
Worryingly large plans for the building next door. If you don’t want this, have your say. Link in the photo attached #saveourlibraries @HighgateForum @highgatesociety @highgate
eventbrite.co.uk/e/highgate-… lovely annual local event happening tomorrow and free.
We have a meeting booked with @CatherineWest1 at 9am on 07/09 at @HighgateStays to discuss our concerns & what we would like done as improvements. It is our position that we need a lift and disability access & a holistic view to all 3 floors. Hope you can attend. @highgatelondon

The great Cedar of Lebanon at Highgate Cemetery has been condemned... after about 250 years, its days are numbered. At the centre of our designed landscape, it will be a great loss. But we will replant.
The summer book challenge is now live at @HighgateStays - great fun way to include reading and learning during the summer holidays #saveourlibraries #highgate @highgatelondon
Have your say by 05/07 online about the renovation plans. Please bear in mind that these are not to scale and we would like a revised plan with a disabled loo & lift by the current disabled loo. We want to maintain the light, books, computers and access. haringey.gov.uk/libraries-sp…
