People don’t understand how important it is to not just turn ur opponent over but to convert that TO into points. High Points had the number 1 scoring defense…I think we have better defensive players this year too. If you can’t tell we are excited.

You can’t put too much stock into preseason basketball, but certainly an interesting result coming out of Carolina. Even with as much talent as they have, guard defense projects to be a struggle for #UNCW #CAAHoops

FINAL: High Point 92, UNCW 71. Seahawks turned it over 18 times and allowed the Panthers to shoot just under 60 percent. HPU, probably in the at-large convo in February, isn’t an ideal opponent when you’re not connected on either end yet.
