I had a big RBI triple last night in a game under the lights. Struck out in my first at bat, made an adjustment and had a much better at bat next time up. Thanks to my coaches for always telling me to make adjustments to improve my at bats. @ctstarsfp @starsnationalfp @_coachrachel @DiamondAddicts @DfwSho @KiteSportz @ExtraInningSB @LineDsoftball @Topsiswear @TGETalent @TAProfileAPP @nxt1sports @scan1ansports @SunilSportsNews @PrepSoftball @SoftballDown @SoftballHome @HighIntensityCT @YAthletesF @gatorjack72 @tagupSoftball

Great hitting workout today. Swings and bunts off my machine set at 50mph/25ft equivalent to 86mph/43ft. Tee work with yoga blocks and walk ins focusing on balance and using legs. And live short toss. The weather has been tough this month but I’ve stayed focused and looking forward to a great October. @ctstarsfp @starsnationalfp @_coachrachel @ExtraInningSB @LineDsoftball @TopPreps @SunilSportsNews @SBRRetweets @scan1ansports @tagupSoftball @Topsiswear @TGETalent @nxt1sports @KiteSportz @gatorjack72 @PrepSoftball @SoftballHome @SoftballDown @DfwSho @RecArenaSBall @YAthletesF @HighIntensityCT

I had another great hitting workout with Coach Eric Colpitts. I’m hitting the ball harder than ever and feel great at the plate. We worked on making sure I don’t collapse on my front side, and used a slant board and farm board to help address it. Trying to stay consistent with my work and keep improving! @ctstarsfp @starsnationalfp @HighIntensityCT @_coachrachel @KiteSportz @scan1ansports @nxt1sports @Topsiswear @TGETalent @TAProfileAPP @DiamondAddicts @PrepSoftball @DfwSho @SoftballDown @SoftballHome @SunilSportsNews @TopPreps @gatorjack72 @YAthletesF @LineDsoftball @ExtraInningSB
