TRAIN ANYWHERE.
Driveway. Garage. Field. Wherever you can get the work in.
You don’t need the perfect setup to keep getting better.
Find a way to get in the reps.

Many kids cant move properly playing baseball because they aren't strong enough. This causes poor movement patterns which are hard to change once set. When I look at stills from games its clear they have physical deficeinces. Thoughts?

It’s easy to always think about what’s next.
Take time to appreciate where you are today while still working toward where you want to go.
Grateful for today. Ready for tomorrow.

Physical RHP with a projectable starter frame, flashed good control of his mix working up to 90MPH with the FB ranging in the mid 80s throughout his outing and spun his slider with some late bite up to 74MPH.

The physical RHP showed good feel for his mix, working his fastball up to 90 MPH and sitting in the mid 80s with an average fastball velocity of 87 MPH. He paired this with a sharp 12-6 CB that came in at 72 MPH tunneling well off of his FB.

On June 6, 2011, I watched the Toronto Blue Jays select my son Tyler in the first round, 21st overall.
Thirty years earlier, the Chicago Cubs drafted me in the 13th round, 313th overall, out of Fitchburg High School. Lennie Merullo was the scout. I can still tell you exactly where I was standing when I found out.
I thought I understood what it felt like to be drafted. Then I watched my son hear his name called.
The pride, relief and gratitude were overwhelming. Every early morning, long ride, setback and sacrifice seemed to arrive in that one moment.
The game gives families only a few moments like that. You hold onto them forever.
Then the work begins again.
