Nice sunny afternoon before the big melt so we got some off lead training in.
We were pleased than she showed no interest in sheep that were on the road. A positive for us.
We managed to get some high level off lead training today. Very cold but bright and dry. Took a while to find a field without sheep.
Miss Ada’s first snow and she is embracing it.
Against her better nature she is even helping the butler get some food to the birds who will be struggling today.

They already have - run by volunteers, no DEI, I've looked at their accounts and they're exactly what you are talking about.

Butler here. We are busy setting up the household for the imminent arrival of Miss Ada Bolhaus-de-Welsh.
The first thing to go up is the family portrait of Ada's Mother, Grandmother and Uncle Nigel.
We will install a separate portrait of the family patriarch @ChukkaBennett

The Housekeeper has been hard at it opening up a cold store ready for a deliver from @ProdogRaw and getting the larder stocked with goodies.
At the end of our 13th season, we have decided the time has come to hang up our aprons for good so we will not be reopened in 2025.
While we never set out to run a B&B it has been very enjoyable & we met a lot of lovely people over the years many of whom revisited lots of times.
Dog sitting for guests. Cora has been a number of times before so is comfortable to be left with us.
The pet lambs and the hunk were present and correct for their morning feed. The old Swaledale tup has had a bit of an altercation it would seem.
We have a new player on the team. A Leicester lad direct from the Hawes Hunks auction.
He will get an early run out on the park to see how he performs. He will fill out over the next few months.
The sun has not burnt through yet but 4 of the lads were waiting and the old Swaledale tup can still put on a sprint
