What an incredible milestone for the Lt. Dan Band. After more than two decades on the road, this weekend we officially made it to all 50 states!
From Pease Air National Guard Base in New Hampshire and Camp Johnson in Vermont, to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in New York and finally Newport Naval Station in Rhode Island, I found myself thinking about all the places this band has taken us and, more importantly, all the extraordinary people we’ve had the privilege to meet along the way.
I’m so grateful to everyone who has welcomed us into their communities over the years and given us the opportunity to say thank you to our nation’s defenders, veterans, first responders, and their families.
