When someone is racıst, I instantly just think: low IQ, limited life experience, not well-travelled, or uneducated.

🏴 All three of Joshua Abe, Josh Sonni-Lambie and Erik Farkas (if he stays) could play a role in pre-season under Andoni Iraola this summer.
They’re tailor-made for Iraola ball. Sonni-Lambie in the Kroupi role is something I’d love to see.
🏴 This is a special trio at #LFC
They were on fire today:
- Josh Sonni-Lambie with a hat-trick (23 goal contributions for the season).
- Joshua Abe with a goal and a penalty won (6 goal contributions in 7 games for the U18s).
- Erik Farkas with 2 assists (3 assists in 5 starts for the U18s).
The future is bright for England and Liverpool.

🇸🇪 The Show Must Go On, Isak Must Too
Newcastle’s rejection of Liverpool’s £110m bid for Alexander Isak is no act of defiance. It’s a charade. Carefully staged theatre, sloppily scripted, but ultimately going through the motions. This saga, like so many, is less negotiation and more performance.
The price was never £150m, not really. It was £120m before it was £150m, and soon enough, it’ll quietly drop again. #Newcastle are a club trying to preserve face, to rewrite the optics of a departure already understood by all of the key protagonists. The message must be managed: Isak wanted out, #LFC disrespected them, and #NUFC fought valiantly to keep their star.
Behind the curtain, a more honest story unfolds. Newcastle have been planning for life without #Isak for weeks if not months, courting #Sesko, #Watkins, and others after they blew-up the prospect of signing #Ekitike and João Pedro. You don’t chase multiple top-level strikers unless you’re preparing for a vacancy. The Sesko-Isak partnership fantasy is smoke. Eddie Howe plays a 4-3-3 and barely has the midfield for that. Two strikers won’t fit.
Isak’s camp leaked the initial contact, fed up with Newcastle’s posturing and goalpost shifting. They were told in March a move would be sanctioned. Now, as that truth draws near, the narrative must be massaged for public digestion.
Liverpool, for their part, have walked away with deliberate calm. No frenzy, no emotion. That isn’t the end, it’s a tactic. They know Isak’s resolve will win out and Newcastle’s timeline will work against them. The closer this goes to deadline day, the more frantic their scramble becomes. The buyer sits and waits.
In the end, Isak will arrive at Anfield as the conclusion to a drawn-out pantomime. The player is for sale, the deal is in motion, and Newcastle’s fans are simply the last to be let in on the truth.
The recruitment has been spot on far. However, Konate and Diaz have to start the new season. Don't get me wrong, I'm up for change, but too much change is a risk. #Lfc
