2:46 placing the child in the rear properly secured could have not only saved the child from "racist cops" but also a traffic collision. She cared that little about that child. This alone is grounds for a stop

Tell me you don't understand policing without saying you don't understand policing
This, for me, is a terrible look for British policing.
It comes across as highly undisciplined and unprofessional.
The British public pay police officers to uphold the law, maintain order and keep our streets safe.
Not to dance around whilst on duty.
Surely we should expect much higher standards from those entrusted with policing our country?
