Tested this myself and this is not true. You can kill the women marines, or most of them at least. I was able to kill all of them except 2 which happen to be women. Definitely a bug and not some culture war thing like people are claiming.

This might be a hot take but if you’re someone just willy nilly posting spoilers for Campaign Evolved (Cutscenes, new lines, new areas) without very clear spoiler warnings… you’re a total asshole. The game accidentally launching early for certain people is not an excuse.
