#Arsenal sold players every year to stay afloat. Arsene Wenger had to repeatedly finish in the top four with a positive net spend and we had to sell out the stadium at the highest prices in England, whilst City committed fraud at every level. Never forget.

Fun fact: Man City already breached confidentiality rules on the process last year in their annual report.
If the PL briefed clubs on Thursday (even with an NDA) then they breached it too.
However, if clubs voted for a rule change to allow an update… then they didn’t.
