Tomorrow, Alberta votes.
The question: stay as a province of Canada, or start the legal process toward a binding referendum on independence.
If Option 2 wins, that second vote could come as early as 2027.
The map of North America could start to change tomorrow.

Quebec votes today. Alberta votes in two weeks.

After decades of centralized federal power and policies that divide regions against each other, Confederation increasingly looks broken.

Mass immigration. Crushing spending. An affordability crisis. Attacks on development and freedom.
Why should Alberta go down with the ship?

The only question is whether Alberta goes with it.

A huge blow to Saskatchewan.
Trump is now going to Belarus for cheaper potash instead of Canada.
This is what happens when the Western provinces are tied to a corrupt Liberal government in Ottawa that is willing to sacrifice our prosperity and a trade deal with our largest trading partner because it believes manufacturing a crisis with the Americans and “standing up to Trump” is better politics for the Liberal Party.
Alberta and Saskatchewan should not have their economic interests sacrificed for the political interests of Ottawa.
This only further highlights why Alberta and Saskatchewan need independence, so we can negotiate our own trade deals with the United States and pursue our own economic interests instead of being permanently tied to Ottawa’s.

Spent the day driving through Southern Alberta and holy smokes…
The amount of Alberta flags and independence signs is INSANE.
From what I saw, they outnumbered the federalist signs easily 10 to 1.
Southern Alberta is showing up BIG TIME.

80% of people on our streets are addicted or mentally ill — and the Sacramento machine spent $24 BILLION while the encampments got worse.
Enforce the law, require treatment for shelter, restore real mental health care: this SCANDAL ends when I’m governor. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

The federalists have offered Albertans nothing but fear and nostalgia.
Not once have they put forward a rational plan to address Alberta’s legitimate grievances or explain how the status quo gets better.
Strip away the emotion and look at independence through the lens of economics, logic and what’s best for the next generation..
The answer becomes increasingly clear.
Alberta would be far more prosperous as an Independent nation.

Victor Davis Hanson: Mark Carney Is Leading Canada ‘Right Over the Cliff’
Canada’s growing economic troubles, its escalating trade fight with the United States, and Prime Minister Mark Carney’s turn toward China are putting the country on a dangerous path. Years of weak economic growth, mass immigration, green-energy policies, and underinvestment in defense have left Canada increasingly vulnerable.
Carney’s confrontation with the United States could cost Canada millions of jobs and push its already weak economy into recession. At the same time, closer ties with China threaten to drive an even deeper wedge between Canada and its largest trading partner and closest ally.

Victor Davis Hanson: Stage Three in the Trade War Means America Is Done Subsidizing Canada
The U.S.-Canada trade war has entered Stage Three—the part where Trump says, “We’re done.”
Trump is done letting Canada run a billion-dollar surplus with the U.S., and he’s making that very clear. If Canada won’t accept fairness and symmetry as the new standard going forward, they may need to find a new business partner.
“ We don't like dependent countries that embrace socialism, and then they mask their failures by having us subsidize you. That's all. Stage Three.” @VDHanson
