Theres absolutely nothing wrong with what he is doing hes like doing a reverse sumo squat, nothing is wrong with his form, is it a conventional exercise no but its probably functional for an NBA player who is has tall as him and needs to develop hamstring/glutes without tearing any muscles or overdeveloping them destroying ROM and elasticity
