You can use uncooked rice to diffuse your oils – all you need is:
– 1/2 cup uncooked rice
– 15-20 drops essential oils
– Glass jar
Add rice to glass jar then add oil and mix thoroughly – should last 4-6 months. #YoungLivingAfrica
