Still trying to actually talk to a human @British_Airways - the chatbot is shocking: I just want to speak to a human. Spent ages messaging someone via the website who said they had my email and would reply looking into it. No email received. @morninglive @BBCWatchdog
Just spent 50 mins on @British_Airways chat bot trying to find out where my compensation is from a cancelled flight in December. Still no further forward - all very painful and just waste nearly an hour of my life
