TL;DR - There was a widespread power failure at the data center last night about 3am. Power has been up and down (mostly down) since, and our server with it.

From the data center:
"UPDATE: 1:45pm PST - we have confirmed that a large UPS has gone down and "won't come back up". We are waiting for updates and standing by to ensure service is fully restored."
That was 45 minutes ago...

All sites are back up, emails are flowing smoothly, and the help desk/client portal is back up as well. That license is tied to the server IP, so the license had to be reissued.

APOLLO SERVER STATUS:
We apologize for the downtime. The server is fine, it's the IP (yes, the *new* IP) that is having a bad hair day. After 2 hours of communicating with the data center, I'm migrating all sites to another IP in our range. Back DNS has been updated to new IP.
