Heads up because I'm seeing that question a lot: OpenSea will NOT show your totem in your wallet, because it's not there!
Each ape was given a 6551 wallet and the token is in that wallet.
Connect to mudwater.bayc.com/claim and you should see it. If you've issued a shadow delegation, connect the delegate wallet. It's there.

How to claim your Mudwater packs. The Totems used for claim are 6551 tokens tied to your ape.
They work like shadow tokens are are controlled via delegation. Bored Ape and Mutant Ape holders ape in responsibly.

Mudwater is an old game played deep in the Everglades.
Instead of dice in alleys, we play Mudwater on the docks.
The game is simple, but the skill ceiling is high.
And we play for keeps.
We've just airdropped this 6551 Totem, paired to all BAYC & MAYC, enabling pack claims.

The best things in the Club start with someone bringing their own thing to it.
That’s the idea behind Anchor Drops. An ongoing series bringing artists from different cities, scenes and corners of the world into BAYC and giving them room to show us what the Club looks like through their eyes.
We want these artists to leave something behind. Their perspective, their style, their community. Each one adds another layer to the Club and another doorway into it for someone who wasn’t here before. That’s how the world around BAYC gets bigger.
For our next Anchor Drop, that doorway is in Seoul. Stonrok has spent years building a world and visual language of his own. Now, for five days in Seongsu, that world collides with ours.
BAYC x Stonrok. More details soon.

Sean went into his archives for this one. Decades of collecting, hunting, and living inside vintage and surf culture distilled into a collaboration that sits exactly where his world and ours overlap.
Mark your calendars. The BAYC x @SeanWotherspoon Anchor Drop will happen on August 3rd, 2026 at 2PM PDT.
