When after-hours calls go to voicemail, Monday starts with a queue. Our AI agents answer nights, weekends and holidays instead. They book visits where they're connected to your EHR, and write down anything that needs a human, so your team starts the week already caught up.
We've acquired Converse Health.
Our AI agents answer calls, texts and web chat, book appointments and follow up with patients. Converse's agents read incoming faxes and file referrals in patient records. They find overdue follow-ups already requested in patient charts and reach out to book them. They also prepare authorization requests for staff to review and submit.
You can come to Hello Patient for both patient conversations and the paperwork needed to get patients scheduled and ready for their appointments.
We’re headed to VHMA 2026!
Come see how Hello Patient’s AI agents help veterinary teams bring more pets back into care without adding more work for the front desk, from vaccine and wellness recall to reactivating overdue patients.

The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge reaches a practice as one question: does the $50 program cover me? The answer runs through BMI tiers and a type 2 diabetes exclusion. If you want a visit first, it ends in a booking request. We wrote up what an AI agent can answer in your wording, book into the EHR, or hand to staff with the conversation written down.
One multi-location ENT group cut repeat calls from about 22% of volume to about 14% in three months. The fix was an agent that can book the audiologist and the ENT into one visit.
An agent gets better after launch because our team listens and tunes.
Raul Estrada, VP of Operations at Octave: "The team has invested a lot of time on auditing the conversations and making improvements."
The share of inquiry calls that Octave answers has roughly doubled. Abandoned calls have stopped.

Octave is a behavioral health practice, and people call its inquiry line to ask about starting therapy. Octave put our AI voice agent on that line so those calls stop going unanswered. Now, whenever someone calls, a voice is there to answer their questions.

Pete, the agent on Piedmont Urgent Care by WellStreet's billing line, answers 20,000+ patient calls a month and resolves close to half without a person stepping in. The unpaid bill usually just needed someone to pick it up.
Plasma donation runs on donors who come back. Parachute had thousands who meant to and never did.
So we built them an outbound agent that reaches out, answers what's holding each donor up, and books the next visit. Four months in, thousands are back. Nobody new was hired.

Voicemail has never booked an appointment.
Agents answer every call, day and night, and book the visit on the spot. About 20% more appointments, with the same team.
Pulse MD, an urgent care group in New York, used to miss about a quarter of their calls. Their agent Charlotte took that to zero in her first month. She answers their web chat now too.
We get asked a lot about the difference between an answering service vs an AI agent. An answering service takes a message, but your front desk still has to call the patient back and finish the request.
An AI agent, on the contrary, can take the call, answer any questions, and book the visit on the spot, day in and day out.

The referrals were coming in, but the front desk did not have time to call every patient. Ortho1, a multi-location orthopedic group, gave the follow-up to an AI agent. It booked 190 visits in two months, with no outbound calls from the front desk.
