I've always believed that a good work environment gives people room to explore without leaving them to figure everything out alone. Aster has been that kind of place for me. I care deeply about this team and community.
In my view, the defining characteristic of the Aster team is how unglamorous the work actually is: people are practical and stubbornly hardworking. Our community is also quite different from a lot of crypto projects—you could even call it very mild-mannered.
In day-to-day work, I gradually realized that some of the sharpest criticism came from people who were also among the most invested in making Aster better. Once we realized that, seeing negative feedback stopped triggering any urge to defend and instead genuinely thrilled us.
That makes me especially excited about year two.

"Market Abstraction on Aster"
From Robinhood Chain to Arc, instead of opening a separate venue every time we support a new chain, we keep the market on Aster Chain and connect new networks into it.
The idea itself is not new: users get access to assets across networks, while liquidity stays concentrated.
What makes it different from a CEX is permissionless access. Once a network is supported, assets from that network can be permissionlessly listed on Aster.
This gives us both flexibility and openness. Users will enjoy faster, easier access to the assets people actually want to trade.
Arc-native assets for Aster perpetual markets are already in the works. More to come.

《喂饭帖：年化 60% 的 bstock 套利策略》
- 这个策略是什么：本质是一个简单的 funding carry，持有 bstock 现货做空对应的股票合约。特殊之处在于利用平台对 btock 作为保证金的支持 (Aster 的抵押率 90%，非常高了），不需要额外准备一份USDT 保证金，从而大幅提高资本效率
- 这套策略适合谁：持有 bstock 现货，希望赚点 funding，或者做市场中性 carry 的
废话少说，以 Aster 上的 $SPCXB 为例，我自己跑了一遍全流程并且收到了第一笔 funding，实操如下：
1. 买入或者转入 $SPCXB。已经持有 $SPCXB 现货的充值到 Aster，没有现货的可以在 Aster Spot 买 （asterdex.com/zh-CN/trade/pro…），或者在币安买好转进 Aster。
2.把持有的 $SPCXB 从 Spot 划转到 Perpetual，点钱包地址-transfer。这一步必须要做，只有这样 $SPCXB 才会按 90% 抵押率计入合约保证金。
3. 在 Aster 建 SPCXUSDT 合约空单(asterdex.com/zh-CN/trade/pro…)，联合保证金 1 倍做空和你买的现货数量一致的 SPCXUSDT 合约。注意：90% 的抵押率只影响保证金价值，不影响对冲比例，如果要做中性策略，空单数量还是应该尽量与现货数量一致。
只要 Aster 上的 SPCXUSDT 合约资金费率为正，我作为空头会持续收到 funding。要退出的时候平掉空单，把持有的 $SPCXB 转出到 Aster Spot 卖出。
TradFi 资产上链的价值不可能只停留在“造一个 24/7 免 KYC 的买卖入口”，这种程度的差异化撑不起 exchange the world, house all finance 的野心。
从交易所的角度来说，增加一个美股买卖入口，顶多多收一次过路费，而佣金本来就快卷到 0 了，赚不了多少钱。
资产要获得长久生命力，势必要进一步融入行业基础设施里，直接进入你的账户体系成为保证金或抵押品，或者组合进其他协议做底层资产。
一个真正成熟的交易所图谋的是把用户一次性的买卖行为，转变成经营用户的整张资产负债表——用户围绕股票代币借钱、开单、管理风险，平台获得持续性的多层收入，用户也更难离开平台。
从这个意义上讲 bstocks 实在是一个有前瞻性的产品，从 alpha 到 bstocks，明显感觉到币安的战略层是在从结果倒推功能，从全局设想形态（不是先上功能再埋头优化）。我猜其中的一个核心战略考量就是“当热门资产开始在币安之外产生时，币安应该如何仍然控制用户发现/交易/持有/利用它的路径？”
