Kenya day 8 - it's time to say goodbye to my little Kibo bike after a challenging multi terrain day. Tomorrow I say goodbye to Kenya and fly home.
This was an amazing experience despite some curveballs being thrown my way.
And I will definitely be doing more trips like this!
Kenya day 7 - so much dust and sand. But turns out that's the offroad terrain I have some talent for. I am tired but it really was a bonding experience with the group.
Kenya day 6 - No motorcycling today, we took a break to go on a safari and enjoy the pool. I got to see and photograph over 20 different species up close in the wild. An amazing experience.
Kenya day 5 - Shoved my ankle back into my boot for the most technical day so far. Pooped my pants a lot today. But pretty damn proud of the things I did as someone with 0 offroad experience prior to this trip.
No Kenya update yesterday cause despite having a great start to the day - we spotted rhinos and zebras!- it went south right before lunch as both myself and my sister got involved in a collision with a local and ended up in the ditches on both sides of the road.
Day 2 in Kenya - exploring Nairobi city center and getting to know the Kibo 250 that will be my partner for the whole trip.
The traffic here is crazy, it's like you are trying to ride a bike trough an ant's nest
And I'm off to Kenia for my motorcycle adventure!
No fursuit work/shipping until I get back on the 11th.

Final collage of the bodysuit with hands and feet for Autumn Flame.
The body is made with stretch fur and can be worn both plantigrade and digitigrade.
(client is a tad taller so the limbs are a bit wrinkly on me)

Where did the last month fly off to 😭
I've been busy with a ton of things.
From fun motorcycling stuff,
to installing solar panels on our barn (yup that's me on the roof) and of course lots of fursuit work.
Today was super stressful and tiring but so rewarding.
Went to the track solo without my partner or family for the first time.
Did everything A-Z on my own.
Got moved up to a faster group.
And was overwhelmed by the amount of cool and fast ladies on track!
I'm dead but happy ♥️
Tried slicks this weekend despite feeling unsure if I was 'good enough' to justify using them.
So happy I just went for it.
My corner confidence was great and I was having a ball zooming around the track.
This bike never fails to give me a massive smile under the helmet ♥️
Looking for input of fursuit makers that use TPU padding in their bodysuits!
I want to attach padding to a lycra legging but none of the glues that I have tried can get it to bond properly.
So far I've tried: spray on contact cement, 3M Hi-Tack 76, hot glue, UHU max repair.
I can not incoporate padding pockets into the bodysuit as the stretch fur is so elastic that it allows the pads to pull away from the body rather than bending during any joint movements.
