📌Notice of Conversion📌
Further to the approval of the Investment Agreement dated 18 July 2025 by shareholders at a General Meeting held on 6 August 2025, the Company has received conversion notices totalling £1,000,000 from the Investors.
The conversion price has been calculated at 0.5007p and this represents a discount of approximately 20%.
Applications have been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective on 20 August 2025.
📢 Result of Oversubscribed WRAP Retail Offer 📢
#HE1 has raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately £1 million. Accordingly, the Company will issue a total of 185,185,185 new Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price pursuant to the WRAP Retail Offer.

Under the WRAP Retail Offer, up to 185,185,185 New Ordinary Shares will be made available at a price of 0.54p per share.

#HE1 is pleased to announce that at a General Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today, a Resolution was passed authorising the Directors to allot Ordinary Shares on a non-pre-emptive basis.
Pursuant to the passing of the Resolution, the £10 m Investment Agreement announced 18 July will now complete subject to closing formalities.
#HE1 will launch a retail offer to existing shareholders via the Winterflood Retail Access Platform to raise up to £1m.
