@vuecinemas disappointed had to bring my daughter and nephews out of a kids film. Sound levels up to 115db and was uncomfortable for me never mind them #shameonyou

A refund. But some of the information we were given just wasn’t true. I was told there were no laws for employees only guidance and nothing for members of the public. I explained it’s not fair on kids and dangerous to their little ears. I was told no one was at risk at 115db not
