If someone is experiencing psychosis it doesn't mean that every behavior, thought, or feeling they have is a manifestation of said psychosis.
Listening to the audio recordings of my qual interviews to check transcripts. It can be such an immersive experience. Hearing the participants’ voices always takes me back to their interviews & I remember their facial expressions and mannerisms & my own feelings in those moments.
Being immersed in the interviews is usually enjoyable but today I got to an interview that I remember was somewhat tense (?) & felt so anxious that I had to stop the recording after a minute. What helped? Reading the tense moments in the transcript before listening to the audio
