💁♀️ The trains on platforms 1 and 2 at Potters Bar are at a stand with faults.
💁♂️ Other trains behind are queuing and causing delays.

Penalised as I lost my ticket in London and no one at @greateranglia trains was unable to tell me a consistent truth. And ended up costing me ANOTHER ticket although I had PROOF I paid for valid train travel for the day. Disgusting imo
