Hey @TalkTalk 2of 2 so we now have to be 13 days with no internet before you will even diagnose problem. All my kids school work is online and they can’t access it! We’re extremely disappointed in your customer service. We just need a new router!
Hey @talktalk my OH took the day off work today so that your engineer could come and fix our internet only for them to cancel last minute. Can’t get another engineer to us now until next Wednesday. We’ve already had 7 days of no internet and now we have to wait another wk. 1 of 2
