Clyde Edwards-Helaire is still that dude.
At just 26 years old, he’s still in the prime of his career with plenty of football ahead of him.
People have short memories, so here’s a reminder:
🏆 2× Super Bowl Champion
🥇 First-round NFL Draft Pick (32nd overall, 2020)
🐯 National Champion at LSU
🏈 The engine of arguably the greatest offense in college football history (2019 LSU)
⭐ SEC Offensive Player of the Year (2019)
⭐ First-Team All-SEC
⭐ Consensus All-American
💪 Nearly 2,000 NFL rushing yards, over 2,700 yards from scrimmage, and 19 total NFL touchdowns despite battling injuries and adversity. (NFL.com)
His résumé speaks for itself:
National Champion.
First-round pick.
Two-time Super Bowl Champion.
Proven playmaker on the biggest stages.
Football isn’t always a straight line. Injuries happen. Life happens. But talent doesn’t disappear.
A healthy Clyde Edwards-Helaire is still one of the most complete backs in football—elite vision, patience, receiving ability, pass protection, and championship experience. Any team looking for a veteran who knows how to win would be getting far more than just a running back.
Don’t get it twisted…
Clyde Edwards-Helaire is only 26. The story isn’t over—it’s still being written. It’s called opportunity.
Soft, reliable hands. Powerful legs. Quick feet. Exceptional balance. Elite vision. Outstanding pass protection. The ability to make defenders miss in tight spaces while finding running lanes others don’t even see.
Those who truly understand football know that greatness isn’t measured in inches—it’s measured by production, preparation, football intelligence, and the ability to impact winning.
The talent has never left. Neither has the work ethic.
A healthy Clyde Edwards-Helaire remains one of the smartest, most versatile, and most complete running backs in football.
Bet against the measurables if you want. The tape has always told a different story. I speak only facts .. no assumptions, no maybes..
The #Dolphins had former first-round RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire in for a tryout, per the wire.
He played in two games in Kansas City last season.

The largest Antebellum mansion in the South, dating back to 1859, has been destroyed by a fire and the #slaves that built the place are now free and truly resting.
The #NottowayPlantation is one of the largest historic mansions in the South. It's located on the famous River Road between #BatonRouge and #NewOrleans.
The mansion, which sits on 31 acres, is known for its massive white columns and grand balconies that overlook the #Mississippi River. On the other side, three-story rotundas overlooked the lawns, dotted with the large oak trees.
The oldest tree on the property is about 162 years old—about the same age as the mansion, according to Nottoway's resort website.
It's also a piece of #American #history🙄that stirs debate and dark memories. The #plantation was once owned by John Hampden Rudolph, a sugar planter. The 64-room, 53,000 square foot property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
The fire at Nottoway Plantation in White Castle, LA—just outside Baton Rouge—broke out around 2pm on Thursday, May 15 and reduced the 160-year-old landmark to rubble.
It's believed slaves build the home. By 1860, Randolph owned 155 enslaved #Black people who helped maintain the plantation. During the #CivilWar, Nottoway Plantation was able to avoid any major damage. Its early history is undeniably tied to a time of great injustice, personally I don’t have any remorse that this place is gone!!

The bond that @Chiefs’ running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire has formed with Travis Kelce is unbreakable…
“I really look at him as a big brother… and I needed somebody to lean on.”
@Clydro_22 says he’s only really talked about the shooting on December 18th, 2018 with two people… Kadarius Tony, & @tkelce. From the time he was drafted in 2020 during Covid Kelce has always checked in on Clyde. He’s been that voice, & ear to make sure Clyde was ok. So, whenever GBC, “Good Brother Clyde”, has needed someone the “Heartfelt” Kelce has been there.

“Am I my brother’s keeper?” It is generally understood to mean being responsible for the welfare of a brother or other sibling or, by extension, for other human beings in general. Nothing replaces 🩸+❤️. Blessings will be 10x greater.@Giannis_An34
