As we enjoy the warm weather over the next few weeks, please remember and share @RNLI advice – if you get into trouble in the water, Float To Live.
Tilt your head back with ears submerged 👂
Relax and try to control your breathing 🫁
Move your hands to help you stay afloat ✋
ALT RNLI graphic featuring a man in the water floating, following the Float To Live Tips. Text reads: If you're struggling in the water... Tilt your head back with ears submerged. Relax and move your hands to help you stay afloat.
Do you remember when you joined Twitter? I do! Wow that time has gone so quick! Not using it as mush though these days as have moved to over to Facebook 🙈 #MyTwitterAnniversary – at Whitland, Wales
