I am extremely disappointed at the customer service I've received at my local T-Mobile store in Sumner, WA. I've been waiting for more than a month for a resolution and had to chase every update. Do Better @MobileOneLLC @TMobileHelp @TMobile

Just finished "Daring Greatly" by Brené Brown. I have a greater understanding of myself, shame, vulnerability and guilt and what I've learned is even changing the way I will speak about cybersecurity, views of the datacenter and cloud, and client environments. Thanks @vNoob

Chatting with my friend @FrankyTheVIGuy today and it reminded me of when I learned to change "It depends" as an answer to, "Tell me more about why that's important to you." Now I get to answer the customer's specific question instead of guessing at the answer I think they want.
