we're in 2026 and sports bettors are still obsessed with classifying Prediction Markets as gambling, or at least in the same breath as casinos. But for someone who has used Prediction Markets ( I mean genuinely with research) he won't ever say such Bs. A regular person can make money on prediction markets if they find a niche, do actual work, and stay disciplined. The distinction between casinos/sportsbooks and a prediction market is a large one and the incentives that drive each business are fundamentally different. One thing to note is that the relationship between a sportsbook/casino is predatory and given that it is predatory, then users/customers are literally the prey and these companies have optimized to take as little risk as possible. In other words, they want easy prey. Easy prey which does as much gambling as possible, and as little work as possible. (and as a result permit them to extract as much as possible from these ''preys''). someone who is smart and hard working and finding a niche is totally anathema to them, we can agree to this yea ? Worst part is, if they find you are a profitable bettor, they'll do every thing possible to bring you down and ban your ãss. On prediction markets, a user has far, far, far more CONTROL. The user can deposit what they want, deposit when they want, bet on what they want, bet when they want, bet the amount they want, choose the price they want to buy at, choose to be a maker or a taker, choose when and where to sell. And, if you are a user, and you spend hours looking at every single market and can't find anything interesting, you can literally ask them for a new market on something you do want ( I have already tried it with some Prediction Markets but i'll keep their names, don't want to do publicity). Overall Prediction markets give the user control, whereas sportsbooks and casinos offer up the illusion of control. free market where users have control is absolutely morally superior to an adversarial company that preys on its customers. prediction markets are more fair and user-empowering than traditional gambling, but yea fees exist and most casual users still lose money. but the differential in morality between the two types of business is not close.
Even Zach is bothered bout the current state of Prediction Markets. Prediction markets are now seen as shady gambling, no more that accurate "wisdom of the crowd" tools. we have already experienced so many wrong things lately like resolution fights, whales rigging via UMA, and insiders games. Most users are now treating these platforms like memecoins chasing quick wins, getting addicted, and losing money. the smart ones and platforms profit, while average gamblers lose and get blamed after. All the the negative press sticks to us users and the whole industry itself. It is not the fair and transparent future many hoped for. If you are someone who Plays big, it's better to stay away if you hate uncertainty.

Most platforms only see one part of who you are online. X sees your posts, Discord sees your community contributions, and AI platforms see how you use their tools. But these pieces of your digital identity rarely come together. This is what @conso_xyz wants to change. CONSO is building a Consumer Reputation Network that connects your activity across different platforms and turns it into a portable digital reputation you can own. One part of this ecosystem is CONSO BOTS, digital collectibles designed to serve as mobile nodes for the network. Holders can use them in the CONSO Miner App to mine ZAPs, complete missions, and enjoy a 25% mining boost per BOT. The most interesting part to me is the future Conso is Presenting Your digital contributions could become more valuable when your reputation can travel with you instead of starting from zero on every platform. CONSO is exploring a different way to recognise online activity.

you guys ran a public sale in May 2025 that raised ~$5–6M for 25% of the supply and now telling the community to wait up to Jan 2027 just for Mainnet ? why not just refund back already ? cos Prolly, the next announcement will be shutdown sorry for y'a loss if you invested in this the only winners were the Infofi gurus again
Public Mainnet Update Dear Community, We have decided to postpone Soul’s Public Mainnet launch from October 19. Our revised target date is January 5, 2027. We know this is another delay and that many of you were looking forward to finally using Soul. We are sorry to move the date again, especially this close to launch. We owe you a clear explanation of why we’re taking more time and what that time will be used for. Soul has already undergone two security assessments with Runtime Verification and Arda. Our security partners have recommended building on those assessments with an additional round of adversarial testing using the latest AI models, taking advantage of their improving ability to identify vulnerabilities. We believe this is an extra precaution worth taking before Public Mainnet. As AI gives both security teams and potential attackers more capable tools, we want to use those advances to strengthen Soul’s security further before opening it to public capital. The recent incidents involving Symbiosis, Nostra and NEAR Intents are relevant reminders. Across those cases, the reported failures involved vulnerabilities that could be combined, manipulated collateral prices, and interactions between cross-chain infrastructure and smart contracts. Components can behave as expected individually and still create a vulnerability when they interact. The objective is simple: try to break Soul. We want to test unexpected state transitions, failed or delayed cross-chain execution, recovery, liquidations, and whether transaction tracking and accounting remain consistent under stress. We need to understand what happens when several things go wrong at the same time. If something breaks, we fix it, then we try to break it again. The additional time will allow us to complete this testing, address and retest any findings, and carry out the remaining security checks before launch. No amount of testing can make software risk-free, but that does not lessen our responsibility to do this work thoroughly. We will publish a progress update each month until launch, covering the testing completed, progress on fixes and retesting, and what remains before we open Soul to everyone. These updates will provide visibility into the work while keeping sensitive security details confidential. We know that explaining the decision does not remove the frustration of another delay. But our responsibility is not simply to launch Soul; it is to ensure we have done the work necessary to make it ready to handle user capital. We are not comfortable opening it before this work is done. The Soul Team ( )

so vitalik triggered a discussion on whether blockchains like ethereum should rely on hash-based or lattice-based cryptography to protect users against future quantum computers the discussion started after vitalik buterin argued that ethereum should favour hash-based signatures because he believes they offer a more conservative approach to long-term security his concern is that ai could accelerate mathematical research and help researchers discover new ways to break cryptographic systems that rely on complex mathematical structures but not everyone agrees with him, with critics arguing that lattice-based cryptography has been extensively studied, offers strong security foundations, and is more practical for many real-world applications to understand the debate, we need to understand what post-quantum cryptography means in simple terms, it refers to cryptographic systems designed to remain secure even when powerful quantum computers become available many of the systems protecting our digital lives today rely on mathematical problems that quantum computers could eventually solve, which is why researchers are developing alternatives two of the main alternatives are hash-based and lattice-based cryptography hash-based cryptography relies on mathematical functions that turn information into fixed-length outputs, making it difficult to reverse the process or find specific inputs that produce the same result its biggest advantage is simplicity in its security assumptions, as it relies primarily on the strength of cryptographic hash functions however, hash-based signatures can be much larger and less efficient than some alternatives lattice-based cryptography relies on a different kind of mathematical problem involving complex structures in many dimensions these problems are believed to be difficult to solve efficiently, even with quantum computers, and researchers have spent years studying their security lattice-based systems generally offer smaller signatures, better performance in many applications, and additional capabilities such as post-quantum encryption this is where the disagreement begins vitalik's position is that when it comes to protecting billions of dollars in a blockchain ecosystem, it may be wiser to rely on the cryptographic approach with fewer mathematical assumptions he believes that ai could help researchers uncover weaknesses in lattice-based systems that humans have not yet discovered, potentially changing what we consider secure today his argument is not that lattice-based cryptography has already been broken, but that its underlying mathematical structure could create risks that become more more as research advances critics argue that this concern does not automatically make lattice-based cryptography less secure they point out that researchers have already spent decades analysing these systems and developing methods to test their resistance to attacks they also argue that hash-based cryptography is not perfect, since its security still depends on the strength of the underlying hash functions another important point is practicality hash-based signatures can be significantly larger, which matters for blockchains where transaction size affects network efficiency and transaction costs lattice-based systems are often more efficient and can support applications that hash-based signatures cannot easily replace, including certain forms of post-quantum encryption in other words, choosing hash-based cryptography may offer a more conservative approach to digital signatures, but it can also come with performance and functionality trade-offs choosing lattice-based cryptography offers greater efficiency and broader capabilities, but it means relying on mathematical problems that future research could potentially weaken the real question is whether the possibility of future breakthroughs is enough reason to favour one approach over the other cont'd

gotten 68 AURA points so far, not far from 100. I want atleats 3figs or 4figs aura points before thinking of stopping. I got all my aura just from YT's, no trading. Besides I'll be closing my position by next week cos maturity date is near and I don't want to get liquidated... already burnt $22 so far, this position on @ExponentFinance has been open for 2months now. If you need access to @bulktrade mainnet, check comment section for a code. gBulk
63 aura points and a dream ? @bulktrade aura points distributed this week and still quite far from my goal of 100 aura points. I'm not a Whale so I farm with what I've, there's also a challenge series ongoing for traders( platinium, diamond...) I'll just stick with my farming method through Exponent, currently down -$23 but I've already claimed yield worth more than that so no loss. anyone in need of a code to access the Platform ? check comment section.

It's kinda sad to see that ~67% of people on the Axis Kaito lb are farmers who uses engagement groups. majority of the top 100 have close to 150 comments but ~80 likes on each of their posts. don't truelly know how Kaito ranks them but I know for sure attention (Impressions ) on your posts alone won't make you to rank up significantly. cos attention≠mindshare and mindshare is gotten based on some qualities of your acct which the Aura points plays a major role ( just like how Kaito yaps before). prolly sure the results for axis epoch2 won't be what you are expecting .

I'll just stick with my farming method through Exponent, currently down -$23 but I've already claimed yield worth more than that so no loss. anyone in need of a code to access the Platform ? check comment section.
