All the capital cities are all cleaner than ABUJA. Then the organised Chaos are not there. A way better departure from mad driving on Naija roads. Then the most defining and Palapable thing to notice, URBAN TOWN PLANNING in NIGERIA is a COLOSSAL FAILURE. I have come to realise that the excuse NIGERIANS place on the Leadership is to hide from their own personal failures.
