Your body was built to move, not to melt into the sofa every evening. Comfort feels good tonight, but your joints and muscles pay the bill later. A 10 minute walk after dinner counts. What's your go to way to get moving when the couch is calling?
Athletic Greens costs $99.99, while Amazing Grass comes in at $32.99 and covers virtually the same health benefits. Pricier doesn't always mean better value. Are you paying for the brand or for the greens? @fitnessclone Details in link.

Of 269 UK women over 40 in a 2024 survey, NHS and British Menopause Society sites were the go, to for nutrition answers, and most rated them reliable. Plenty of generic diet advice still never mentions menopause. Details in link.

Try this before buying another supplement: a 10 minute walk after dinner and a breakfast with real protein in it, for two weeks. Keep a note on your sleep and cravings. Your own log will tell you more than most labels do.

Plenty of women in their 50s and 60s are stocking a supplement cabinet of just in case bottles. A ferritin or vitamin D result tells you what your body actually lacks. Ask for the panel before you add the next gummy.

Quick take: a JAMA Network Open look at US supplement use from 1999 to 2023 was published June 15, 2026. Popping a pill without knowing your gap is guesswork, not wellness. Know your numbers first. Details in link.

After 50, your body may absorb less B12 from food, per the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements. Fortified foods or a supplement can fill the gap. Skip the fortified cereal? Ask your doctor about a B12 check. Link below.

The share of Americans 65+ with the highest wellbeing index climbed from 16% in 2014 to 22% in 2023, and getting online did most of the lifting (67% to 92% digital access). Video calls with the grandkids may matter as much as the step counter. Which one do you use more?

Multivitamins get written off as pricey insurance. An Augusta University study of adults 60 plus found better functional health after three years than placebo, presented at NUTRITION 2026. Still, check your gaps before you buy.
