Getting this energy from this post. Don't cook, eat or drink with plastic. End.
Microplastics are POISONING us—slowly, silently, and PERMANENTLY. There are TRILLIONS of microplastics everywhere, and they’re the highest they’ve ever been in our bodies—brain, liver, lungs, everywhere. But don't panic—there are solutions: 🧵

Interesting study here. Absent from the discussion is the need to be in infrared light from the sun or artificial for most of the day to power up your mitochondria. Walking, training, eating, working outdoors is the easiest way to achieve this. It's very simple.

I find it hard to come on here now, there's so much nonsense. Parents you do not need to give your kids creatine, there is more than enough in meat & fish. Creatine is obviously essential but not it supplement form.
Creatine supplementation is not only safe for kids, it might be essential In fact, research confirms it can significantly enhance brain development, bone health, muscle growth—and even agility, coordination, and balance These benefits likely stem from improved motor unit recruitment and muscle activation The optimal dose? 0.1 g/kg body weight (about 3 grams daily for a 65-pound child)

Coaching and working as a healthcare professional, it became evident to me that people had no clue what to eat to lose weight, then maintain it. @JoinHava is the solution many people are looking for. It is so effortless and simple. Perfect is the enemy of good.
It's time to reveal the future of nutrition and health. Here is the Hava Keynote 2025. The world is in the middle of an epidemic of obesity and disease. Just like with COVID, the pharmaceutical industry is getting ready to profit by medicating everybody – and this time for life! But wait. While satiety drugs like Ozempic help many, perhaps we don't need to medicate every man, woman, and child on Earth? Perhaps we can instead eat higher-satiety foods? And become healthy, fit, and strong, perhaps even without drugs? This seems like an obvious idea, but nobody has made it simple to do, until Hava. It was arguably impossible until brand-new AI technology unlocked this opportunity. Check out our latest keynote video, summarizing this potentially world-changing approach and our rapidly improving product, the Hava app. If you've already tried it recently, you'll also get a sneak peek at a few extremely cool features we'll release later this month. If you want to try Hava, a free tier is available. Just download the app. iPhone: apps.apple.com/us/app/hava-e… Android: play.google.com/store/apps/d… If you want more people to know about this, please share this post and video. Thank you for your support! We could not do this without you.🙏

Reject the lift → Take the stairs Reject delivery apps → Carry groceries Reject the car → Run to get the bus/train Let me introduce you to VILPA (Vigorous Intermittent Lifestyle Physical Activity) Short bursts of high-intensity physical activity embedded within your daily routine. Think: → Running to catch a bus. → Climbing stairs quickly. → Carrying heavy groceries at a brisk pace. → Playing energetically with children. → Cleaning or gardening at a vigorous pace. Per 1,000 people over 7.9 years this could prevent: 10.6 MACE (Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events) 13.6 Heart Failure cases Extrapolated out, if every 40 to 69 year old performed 3.4 min/day of VIPLA over 7.9 years this could prevent: → 250,000 MACE cases → 300,000 heart failure cases Another reason to reject the norms of society.

Why are we getting more Melanoma than ever before but spending the most time indoors and using the most sunscreen in history? Seed oils is not an answer.
