The saga continues!! Still no BT phone line after @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach suddenly decided to take it away affecting my business and time to resolve. BT are now saying for the past decades I’ve not had a contract? Yet account number and all payments made.

I intend to speak with a legal advisor regarding the cease of contract at an address I do not have authority for and also why my business has been so affected through no fault of my own. The ombudsman is going to have a field day when they see how this has started & ongoing.

Being forced to sign a cease of contract at our neighbours address? Then to sign a new contract with BT to get a line out back? Being informed it may take more than 10 days to sort but only if I sign the contracts sent? I already have an account at BT?

This should NEVER be allowed. Stressful and constantly worrying despite always paying our bills on time and a customer for almost 20 years. Asking to speak with a manager has been impossible.

WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! BT & Openreach are CRIPPLING my business of 49 years!!!! The saga continues as today @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk have taken our business landline off!!!! How is this allowed? I need to speak with a solicitor for advice as this is illegal.

What I’m also concerned about is how can someone take our landline number of over 45 years without Authorising this? That would cost our business thousands of pounds, stationery, business cards, website, directories, online socials!! @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach

7/ Things like this should NEVER happen? Someone somewhere (BT or Openreach) have made a MASSIVE mistake & now yet again it’s costing my business with time, personal worry & waiting on calls to try to resolve!!! A very sad UK Business owner today..No confidence

2/ Open Reach engineers were working outside our business yesterday. Telephone, Cloud and Internet all went off suddenly with no warning. Engineer stated it was a new line for neighbouring flat.

3/ After questioning why ours had gone down was informed BT were swapping the line to neighbour and we would need to re-apply for a BT an account?
