Hello.
I don't really use Twitter any more, since I have not worked in E-sports in a bit. Nevertheless, I thought I'd mention that today is my last day of coaching the first ever European Championships in High Diving.
It's mad fun :)

The alternate version of this that I heard is "I don't have the energy after work to work out." This is also such a common but misunderstood phrase - For the vast amount of people, you will gain energy after only a few weeks.
As a -COMPLETE- beginner, overweight, recently injured or otherwise, it's not advised to work out for more than 30 minutes (But please consult your doctor, this is a rule of thumb) and to alternate in Cardio. 2/3
Hi there! Today I heard someone say "I wish I had the time you have to work out.".
This actually scared me a bit, so I decided to shout it out there - If you are a complete beginner, you aren't SUPPOSED to train for an hour in the first long while! 1/3
