If y’all don’t know anything about the cultural practices of ppl in Louisiana- the history of native cajuns in the Acadiana, n the creole french communities in the metro NOLA area, then I highly recommend doin research on that. It’s really fun!!
Kouri-Vini is something I ain’t got a lot of experience with- I grew up further from the metro area where it is more common. I got more understanding of Cajun French than Creole, but it’s not too dissimilar!
I highly recommend taking time to look it up and learn a few phrases!

I don’t take shit from other places like… say Georgia! Georgia has a whole different culture, they speak different than we do down here. A lot of slang terms are different there than here- they shorten words differently, meanwhile, in NOLA- we typically use more French terms.
I think we should all start saying “I don’t like this person due to my own personal opinions” with our whole chest more often cus it really is a free country and we can say whatever the fuck we want.
