Dear Class of 2024,
You may feel behind if you don’t have an offer.
You're not, you still have plenty of time to prove yourself and earn yourself an offer.
When I was going into my senior year I had 0 offers.
After, I had 10+.

Leadership is the ability to influence others. If you can’t influence the team, you can’t lead that team. They have to trust you. Earn their respect first by being early, be last to leave, put in the work. Take responsibility for your play and be accountable. Earn their respect.

Real discipline is remembering what’s important. On your best days you’re committed to your sport. On your good days you’re committed to your teammates. On your worst days you must remain committed to yourself/your commitment. It’s not easy, but then again, discipline rarely is!
