Received our first rent tribunal notice today. Currently paying £715 for a property we proposed £765 and could easily achieve £850-£900 and the tenant has chosen the tribunal rather than a discussion with us. Will update on outcome.

We served 7 x S21 in the 18 months up to the end of the year (6 selling and 1 arrears). The 4 I’m drawing up today make it 8 so far since January. I see this number increasing as the months progress towards the RRB.

@MicrosoftUK We have 4 x Surface Pros. The latest (Pro9) is 13 months old and has to be repaired last December under warranty. It’s just failed again. My oldest Pro is 8 years old and has never failed me. Not good enough.
