UFC 250 Freedom did a peak of 8ish million. MVP did a peak of 15ish million. This isn't a "win" for UFC. If it was a huge event people wanted to see *they'd have bought Paramount to see it*.

During college in the early 2000's I wrote papers about MMA and gave presentations about why it was the best sport and deserving of recognition. UFC Freedom 250 and Josh Hokit set the sport back years last night. The stain will be felt for years to come.

I was whelmed by SGF. Some interesting things but a hell of a lot of similar looking 3rd person action games, horror and soulslike that they all blended together.

You can tell the MVP MMA show did well because the accusations from casuals of Carano/Rousey being a work are flying around and UFC fans doing everything they can to downplay the success.
