Fab Lab for good! Hawken senior Benson Nguyen partnered with Park Ranger and Hawken parent Ryan Trimbath & @CuyahogaNPS to design & build a custom "fish slide" in Hawken's Fab Lab, helping release ~230 threatened sturgeon into Lake Erie!

What happens when science meets creativity? Our Marine Science students brought extinct marine monsters back to life in 3D! Students researched prehistoric niches, evolution, and mass extinction before creating their models for an upcoming gallery walk.

Sometimes meaningful learning begins with a small discovery. When Sunbeam teacher Kat Koberna found Monarch eggs in her garden, she brought the emerging chrysalises into her classroom, where she invited students to observe, wonder, and ask questions.

Science is better when you can get your hands in it! Our 12th-grade Marine Science students explored Hawken's creek, investigating stream health and biodiversity and discovering 20+ species. Then they tackled a bigger question: How can so many species coexist in one space?

New courts. Fresh energy. Same competitive spirit! Our middle school girls are putting our brand-new tennis courts to good use, sharpening their skills, building confidence, and supporting one another on the court. What a great addition to our Lyndhurst campus!
