When discussing health outcomes associated with drug use we must be cautious to distinguish between those outcomes that are the result of the drugs and those that are the result of the conditions in which the drugs were produced, distributed, and consumed. Prohibition kills!

Approximately 9,000 transgender Floridians woke up today to find out they no longer have life-saving Medicaid coverage. DeSantis bypassed the legislature and weaponized state agencies against his own constituents for simply minding their own business. This is not freedom.
