I don't care what nationality the man charged with Ashling Murphy's murder is. I care that the case against him is watertight and that he gets a fair trial so that justice can be served for Ashling and for her family. This case is sub judice, PLEASE don't jeopardise it.

Joined with the incredible East Coast Mask Makers to give out face coverings this weekend. From tomorrow it is mandatory to wear one on public transport & you should wear one indoors where you can’t safely social distance. Let’s all do our bit. We are in this together #Covid19

Day 1 of new phase, a few thoughts:
- your effort has gotten us here
- virus has not gone away
- care & caution needed
- keep following health advice
- just because it’s open doesn’t mean we need to go
- get these 3 weeks right & we can move further then
Keep safe. #Covid19

I get it; some people look at what might be possible from 18th May & think its ok to just start that from now. Bottom line is: it’s not. It’s dangerous. Every day counts. The reason these restrictions are in place until then: to save YOUR life & keep your loved ones well #Covid19
