The last 48 hours in $SIVE / $SIVEF have been absolute madness. If you are confused by the extreme volatility, you aren't paying attention to the underlying corporate finance masterclass playing out in real-time. Here is a summary of the greatest 48-hour fundamental shift in recent Swedish tech history: 🚨 1. The AI Hardware Validation It started with Jabil (a $30B Tier-1 manufacturer) selecting Sivers DFB lasers for their next-gen 1.6T LRO transceivers. Sivers officially became the upstream hardware chokepoint for the 2027 AI datacenter buildout. 🇺🇸 2. The War Chest & Nasdaq Listing Hours later, management raised 125 MSEK from Tier-1 Nordic funds (DNB, Storebrand) at a 30% premium to the 30-day VWAP, with a negligible 2.5% dilution. They simultaneously announced they are evaluating a Nasdaq US Dual Listing with a PCAOB audit already underway. The 'Valley of Death' is officially dead. 🧹 3. The Cap Table Cleanup Achilles Capital (tied to a legacy owner) filed for restructuring, needing to divest tech assets. Retail panicked over a "massive overhang." The reality? A distressed seller is being forced to hand over their block of shares, hopefully directly to US tech institutions or strategic partners right before the Nasdaq listing. This would be an off-market transfer of power. 🪤 4. The Retail Broker Shakeout & Short Squeeze Today, Swedish retail broker @avanzabank panicked at the volatility and dropped collateral value to 0%, forcing retail margin calls. (I trimmed my tiny 4% margin and immediately initiated a capital transfer to @montrose_io . I need a broker built for investors, not a babysitter). Meanwhile, updated data shows shorts actually DOUBLED DOWN into the news, pushing short interest to 5% today. They are arrogantly fighting a fundamental breakout, using the retail panic as cover. More than 1 in 20 shares must eventually be bought back. 🎯 The Bottom Line: $SIVE is now well funded, validated by Tier-1 AI players, heading to Nasdaq to close the absurd US valuation gap, and aggressively shaking out weak legacy owners. $SIVE $SIVEF #Photonics #AI

1/2 Fair take, near term could absolutely be choppy, especially with financing risk in play. That said, if design-ins start converting into real orders for 2026–2027, the market likely won’t wait, it will start pricing 2028 much earlier....

🚨 MACRO CATALYST: NVIDIA, MARVELL, AND THE OPTICAL BOTTLENECK 🚨 Nvidia just announced a $2 Billion investment into Marvell to scale NVLink Fusion, Silicon Photonics, and 5G/6G AI-RAN. If you've been reading my research on $SIVE / $SIVEF (Sivers Semiconductors), you know exactly what this means. 👇 1. The Photonics Cascading Effect Nvidia is throwing billions at optical infrastructure because electrons can't scale AI clusters anymore. Marvell builds the optical DSPs and Silicon Photonics. But Silicon cannot emit light. Marvell's entire SiPh roadmap relies on External Laser Sources (ELS) made of Indium Phosphide (InP). Sivers is the independent InP foundry sitting at the base of this exact supply chain. 2. The "AI-RAN" Convergence The PR explicitly targets "Aerial AI-RAN for 5G/6G". Just yesterday, Sivers announced the general availability of their Daybreak™ FR3 ICs for 5G/6G (developed with Ericsson & the US DoD). Nvidia/Marvell are building the brains of the 6G AI network. Sivers builds both the lasers for the datacenter and the extreme-frequency RF chips for the telecom masts. The ecosystem is fusing, and Sivers holds the physical chokepoints in both Optics and RF. Do your own research and make your own decision. Start with my deep dive report; asymmetryresearch.org/resear… $SIVE $SIVEF $NVDA $MRVL $LITE

Great question from @Foci25 regarding the recent sell-warning from a Swedish retail magazine (Privata Affärer) and the fears of a looming capital raise/dilution in Sivers Semiconductors ($SIVE). Let’s set the record straight on the balance sheet and the actual 2026 timeline. 🧵👇 1. The "Capital Raise" Myth 🛑 The magazine warned of an imminent equity raise because Sivers only had roughly $4.5M in cash. The problem? They looked at the outdated Q4 report from December. They completely missed that on February 24th, Sivers secured a massive $17M refinancing deal with Bootstrap Europe. While all micro-caps carry inherent financing risks, in my view, a panic dilution at these levels makes zero sense now that the balance sheet is cleaned up and the company is bridge-financed toward the volume ramp. 2. The 2026 Tier-1 Volume Inflection 📈 Retail is looking in the rearview mirror at historical R&D cash burn. Smart money is pricing in the confirmed 2026 volume ramps. Just this month, Sivers confirmed their strategic LiDAR customer is ramping up production starting Q4 2026 for Tier-1 Automotive OEMs. We are talking about cumulative revenue potential of $53M to $138M from this single vertical. 3. The Telecom Tier-1 Kicker 📡 It’s not just LiDAR. Sivers’ $5.4M chip development program with a massive, unnamed "Tier-1 Telecom Infrastructure Vendor" is also scheduled to conclude in Q4 2026, triggering the transition into high-volume manufacturing. 4. The Nvidia-Proven Foundry Moat 🛡️ While legacy media calls them "unprofitable", the industry knows that independent Indium Phosphide (InP) capacity is the biggest bottleneck in AI hardware. Nvidia just threw $4 Billion at Lumentum and Coherent just to secure future laser capacity. When the giants lock up the IDMs, the rest of the fabless ecosystem (Ayar Labs, Lightmatter, Jabil) must turn to independent merchant foundries like Sivers. The Takeaway ⚖️ If your investment thesis relies on outdated Q4 cash balances while ignoring a $17M refinancing and confirmed Tier-1 volume ramps hitting in late 2026, you will always recommend selling right at the fundamental inflection point. The overhang is clearing. The balance sheet is fixed. 2026 is the volume year. $SIVE $SIVEF $JBL #Semiconductors #Investing #MicroCap Disclaimer: I am long $SIVE. This thread represents my personal opinions and analysis based on public filings, not financial advice. Always do your own due diligence regarding dilution risks and market volatility.

I honestly find it amusing... You have Swedish local journalists like "Privata Affarer" with no background in advanced semis: Scaring the company's majority-owned local Swedish retail investors out of their $SIVE positions. Probably the highest upside tech-stock in their country at ~$320m MC. And transferring positions to US investors who understand hyperscaler CPO/photonics supply chains better. The local media is doing all the work for American investors? Thanks?

2. "Nvidia tonar ner fiberoptik" ❌ Detta visar att ni bara läser rubriker. Ja, Jensen Huang använder koppar (NVLink) internt i GB200-racken. Men varför? 4. 5. $SIVE $SIVE.ST $NVDA $JBL #Aktier #Börsen #PrivataAffärer #Semiconductors – at Solna, Sverige

How to correctly read the Achilles Capital flag in $SIVE today (Decreasing from 5.8% to 4.2%). 🧵👇 Seeing a major institutional owner trim their position right before a volume ramp usually creates retail panic. But if you track the fund mechanics, this is actually the most bullish signal we’ve had in months. Here is the context the market is missing: 1. Forced Selling vs. Fundamental Selling 🚨 Achilles isn't selling because the Sivers thesis is broken; they are selling because of their own structural liquidity needs. As reported by Bloomberg, the fund is facing massive creditor pressure with €175M in impending bond maturities. They must raise cash to pay their bondholders. This is a classic "Liquidity Event" (forced selling), completely detached from Sivers' underlying tech or business pipeline. 2. The 6-Month Overhang is Clearing 🧹 Achilles didn't just wake up yesterday and dump. They have been forced to slowly bleed out shares since October to raise this capital. Think about that: A massive legacy fund has been acting as a permanent sell-wall for the last six months... and yet the stock has recently inflected upward. The buy-side demand for the optical/LiDAR ramp is so aggressive right now that it completely absorbed a multi-month institutional liquidation without breaking the trend. 3. Crossing the Threshold 📉 Now that Achilles has sized down significantly and crossed below the 5% flagging threshold (as of March 18th), that massive institutional overhang is effectively being cleared out. When a forced seller finally runs out of ammo or steps away, the ceiling is removed. 4. Legacy Liquidation vs. Insider Conviction 👔 Here is the ultimate contrast: While Achilles was forced to liquidate to cover their own bonds this month, Sivers' CEO Vickram Vathulya was buying. He added to his already massive 3.4M+ share position on the open market in March. A legacy fund forced to raise cash is market plumbing. A sitting CEO buying more shares right before the CPO/Optical I/O volume ramps up is a pure signal. The $SIVE overhang is clearing just as the fundamentals are breaking out. $SIVEF $JBL #Semiconductors #MicroCap #Investing
