Operational Update
Our hosting facility operator has given notice that the site will cease hosting operations. The decision applies to the entire facility and affects all customers hosted there.
We have secured a two-week transition period during which our miners continue to operate, and discussions remain ongoing.

Bitcoin recovered meaningfully in August. Because our sales for operating expenses are executed progressively through the month, average settlement came in at ~$69k — no distribution at the beginning of September, with the Reserve Pool absorbing the shortfall.

HAG August 2026 Distribution & Operational Update
BTC prices strengthened late in August, but per our established practice, sales for operating expenses are executed progressively through the month. August's average settlement came in at ~$69–70k per BTC, below the level needed to cover costs. No distribution will be conducted at the beginning of September; the Reserve Pool has absorbed the shortfall.
As previously communicated, our long-standing mining facility partner is preparing to cease operations. HAG is the final remaining client and has secured a two-week extension. The team is evaluating the path forward and will keep holders informed as decisions are finalized.
