The fitness industry on social media is becoming a fucking joke.
Some people spend years training, dieting, pushing through brutal cuts and genuinely transforming their bodies.
Others throw on a sports bra, take three booty selfies, call themselves a fitness influencer and suddenly have 20,000 followers.
No transformation. No education. No actual fitness content. Just angles, tights and an army of thirsty blokes clicking the little heart.
And let’s be clear, the men rewarding this shit are just as responsible.
We’ve reached a point where showing your arse gets more recognition than showing actual discipline.
Fitness used to be about hard work, consistency and results.
Now apparently all you need is a mirror, a pair of leggings and a ring light.
Followers aren’t proof of fitness. Attention isn’t achievement.
Bring back natural competition.
Same booties, same tits, same outfits, same poses. Everyone’s starting to look the same.
Meanwhile, blokes are clicking that little heart, watching someone else’s lifestyle instead of living their own.
Put the phone down and go to the gym.
Plenty of booties there, and you might actually build a lifestyle worth showing off. 😂

🇺🇸BREAKING: The OCC has officially given Ripple final approval for its own national trust bank, which will manage the reserves behind its RLUSD stablecoin.
It completes a process that began with the OCC's conditional approval last December.
Ripple National Trust Bank will also offer crypto custody once it opens.
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse says "crypto and banks work better together."
First meal of the day
Spud lite mash 450g
200g lean mince with cottage cheese cooked through (100g)
100g brocolli
I have a serious question
When you find that you have a hole in your sock, do you throw out the pair or just 1 sock ?
Only thing is if I do that I’m left with an odd sock
I reckon $XRP will have a price discovery of $10-15 max
By 2030 if we are lucky $15-22
The market cap is massive
And anyone saying $1000
Is fucking delusional
Today is the first day of my deficit until the 30th November before my trip to Japan
Initially I started at 77kg overweight and dropped a ton, down to 57kg lean
Today I weigh 66.7kg
Keen to uncover what I’ve built since then
You may wander, why not keep going ?
Because I like to stay a certain body fat percentage while gaining lean muscle mass without too much fat spillage
I play the long and controlled game
Let’s see how I go 🫡

Proud dad moment. 🦉
8 years really do fly by.
Seeing her wearing something I’ve built from scratch makes this one pretty special.
Next Monday I’ll be going on a deficit before heading to Japan!
I’m going to showcase my transformation over this period (about 2 1/2 months)
I’ve been hesitant on photos lately, because I’m not use to being as fluffy
All though that’s just my own headspace, and I’m probably not that bad.
However I love keeping myself on my toes and just want to document what’s possible, for some that may think it’s not😁🫡💪🏻

The Clarity Act may be done in the Senate, but the House is still taking up crypto legislation today.
At 10AM ET @WaysandMeansGOP will mark up its crypto tax bill.
At the same time, @FinancialCmte will begin marking up a handful of bills, including the House’s Strategic Bitcoin Reserve bill, introduced by @RepNickBegich earlier this year.
No no no @SenWarren thinks it’s bad
Today, the UK FCA finalized its crypto regulatory perimeter, with applications opening September 30.
The timing is notable: the U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act yesterday. While U.S. market structure legislation remains stalled, the UK is moving toward implementation.
Trading platforms, custody, stablecoin issuance, dealing, arranging and staking will fall under FCA authorization when the new regime takes effect October 25, 2027.
Public respondents included Digital Asset (Canton), Solana Research Institute, Circle, Fireblocks, Franklin Templeton, BNY and others.
London is ready 🇬🇧
